Hampton Inn Asheville-Tunnel Rd.

Been staying at this location for approximately 20 years and love it. My son grew up in the indoor pool and hot tub. His is almost 30 now. Recently remodeled and very nice. Great management and long-term like family staff here. Kat (Newly promoted Asst GM…so proud of her) and Daniel (awesome front desk staff) are my favs although just met very nice GM and Sales Mgr too. In other words, you can’t go wrong with this Hilton Hampton location. Great restaurants close by in short distance downtown. You can thank me later!

Exceptional Hotel management and staff equals a wonderful stay! This property has exactly that. Rooms were updated and really did pass the cleanliness test. Very comfortable beds and furniture as well. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items to select from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Don't be surprised if the General Manager, Jessica, stops by your table at breakfast to see how your visit is going. That is a sure indicator that this property is focused on real time feedback, which leads to Five Star experiences for a guest. Thank you for an outstanding stay! I look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Rooms were very clean, staff was so respectful and friendly. Security walks around all night to make sure everything is safe. I came here last minute for a hotel and Stephanie was so awesome helping me get a room. Probably one of the nicest and most helpful receptionists I’ve ever met. I checked out with Daniel and he was also very nice and helpful. The staff goes above and beyond and I have literally no complaints whatsoever, and this will be the hotel I stay in for future trips.

This Hotel was excellent! Very Modern and clean! Had absolutely everything we needed! Beds were super comfortable! The staff was very outgoing and professional!! The location is great and back off the road so you don't have to worry about any sketchy foot traffic.. Continental Breakfast was A+ , Great quality.. This particular location is better than some most of the higher rated Hotels I've stayed in previously but at a better price point!! I highly recommend this location...I will be back for sure

We stayed here after a funeral we had to attend to in Tennessee. We stayed at a couple different hotels and this was by far the best! Daniel made us feel at home, he was super sweet and had the best attitude I have ever seen. He made our stay perfect. I would stay here again and again!! He gave us extra blankets and towels without hesitation! This hotel was exceptionally clean and they had everything we needed(shampoo, conditioner and body wash) thank you again Daniel for making this hotel wonderful!!!!

Stay was good. Bed was a little worn but not bad. Went to the hottub but people (including employees) were smoking just outside the door which made the pool area smell like smoke (which I’m allergic to) and completely ruined the ambience. But other than that, I would probably stay again.

We stayed at this hotel a couple times before the renovation and it is now very much improved, with one huge exception. In the bathroom, the faucet that was installed barely reaches the sink such that you can’t get your hands under to wash, can’t easily fill a water pic container, or even wet a wash cloth. Terrible design. Whoever designed that should never be hired in a similar capacity again. The management should immediately replace the faucets to make them functional. Honestly, it’s bad enough to make us not return to this hotel. An otherwise lovely property.

Std queen room was kinda smallish. Service & front desk were excellent. Breakfast was ho-hum. Steps into indoor pool are very deep. As a semi handicapped person, I was unable to use them to exit pool. Had to call for help. I guess ADA requirements of a 6" step don't apply? These steps were 12"+!
